ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, COMPUTER NEED FOR DIGITAL TEXTILE T-SHIRT PRINTING AND DIGITAL UV PRINTING SYSTEMS

Ambient Conditions

DTG and DTF Digital Textile Printing Machines use water-based pigment ink, Digital UV printers use UV dye. The environment in which the machine will operate must be at a constant temperature of 20-22 C and 60% humidity. Also, a hygienic environment with a floor that is free from dust, dirt and vibration would be ideal.

Recommended Computer System Need

Microsoft Windows compatible PC or Laptop, Intel i5 or Intel i7

Operating System: Windows 10. Photoshop program must be installed.

64 bit, 8 GB Ram and 1GB Graphics Video card.

240-500 GB SSD free memory will also be used for archiving patterns.

Monitor Screen resolution should be 1280 x 1024.

A USB replicator with at least 3 USB (3.0) ports is required.

"ALSO MUST HAVE A GIGABIT ETHERNET NETWORK CARD or USED "USB 3 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter" .

IN THE COMPUTER; MUST HAVE A WORKING INTERNET CONNECTION. ELECTRICAL NEEDS OF YOUR COMPUTER AND DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINE;

MUST BUY FROM A SEPARATE SOCKET. EVEN IN THE INTERMEDIATE (taking into account the power drawn by the printing machine) USE AT LEAST 3 KVA UPS POWER SUPPLY . YOU CAN PROVIDE UPS POWER SUPPLY FROM POWERFUL COMPANY.
